Notification settings can be accessed in your avatar's dropdown menu under "Account settings" or on your user dashboard under "Account". You can also access them by going to https://www.hackster.io/users/notifications/edit.

General, newsletter preference, promotional, project, post and contest notifications can be updated here. You can adjust settings based on individual project /contest or notifications for the entire category.

Notifications can be sent to your email as well as appear as a notification on your user profile. To adjust either, simply check or un-check the box under the correct column.

View your web notifications by clicking on the bell icon next to your profile avatar.
